Introduction

Fusion Networks (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy through data minimization. We collect and retain only the absolute minimum information necessary to provide our SMS text messaging service. This Privacy Policy explains our minimal data practices.

Scope of This Policy: This policy serves as compliance for the internal use of 10DLC technology only. It does not apply to any of the commercial services offered by Fusion Networks. Furthermore this policy only applies with respect to the use of 10DLC, it does not extend to any other circumstance such as your employment or any other general company policies.

We believe in collecting the least amount of data possible. We do not:

SMS Text Messaging Program

Program Description

By opting into our SMS text messaging program, you agree to receive text messages from Fusion Networks at the phone number you provided. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services. Messages may include:

Consent and Opt-In

Opted-Out Users

  • Suppression List: We keep your phone number on a “do not contact” list for 12 months after opt-out to comply with legal requirements and prevent accidental re-subscription

Legal Compliance Records

  • Consent Records: Maintained for 4 years to comply with TCPA requirements
  • Contains Only: Phone number, opt-in date/time, opt-in method
  • After 4 Years: Permanently deleted

No Long-Term Storage

We do not maintain:

  • Message history or content (deleted immediately after delivery)
  • Long-term analytics or user profiles
  • Archived communications

Automatic Deletion

Our systems automatically delete unnecessary data on a rolling basis. You don’t need to request deletion—it happens automatically when retention periods expire.

Your Privacy Rights

  • Text STOP: Immediately removes you from our SMS list
  • Automatic Processing: No forms, no waiting—your opt-out is instant

Data Access & Deletion

Because we collect minimal data, here’s what we have on you:

  • Your phone number
  • Your consent status (opted in or opted out)
  • The date you opted in

Our services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

If our SMS messages contain links to other websites, those sites have their own privacy policies. We’re not responsible for their practices. We do not share your phone number with these third parties unless you explicitly interact with them.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

If we ever need to change our data practices, we will:

  • No Discrimination: We won’t treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.

We don’t collect enough data categories to trigger most CCPA complexities. Simple data, simple rights.
